For many of us the practice of yoga is a lifetime practice. What special consideration should we give to practicing forward bends and backbends through the years? Which is more difficult for the spine? What effects can we expect from practicing these poses?
This workshop will open with a discussion of the basic anatomy of the lower back and proceed to practicing. Especially for teachers and experienced practitioners.
